Hi, my name is Nicole and I'm the Ops Manager at AmAble. My role is to oversea the day-to-day running of the organisation in collaboration with Bec, as well as being the first port of call for staff. I have worked in the Disability Sector for over 25 yrs, and am extremely passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals. I aim to ensure best practice and continuous improvement within the sector and work towards changing community knowledge and understanding of disability, as well as promoting community inclusion for all. I have qualifications in Disability, Home and Community Care, Training and Assessment and Mental Health First Aid. In my spare time, I enjoy bush walking and being out in nature, making jewellery, working in my garden and spending time with my two children. I look forward to meeting you, and getting to know your support needs.

Hey there I'm Luna! I'm a new addition to Bec's family unit. You might catch a glimpse of me around the office, but I'm still a little shy so I like my space. I am Jack's bestie, and my personality is growing by the day!

Jess Hassett
Executive Assistant
Hi, I'm Jess and I'm the EA at AmAble. I have always had an interest in this field, and the fact that it is combined with the disability sector is an added bonus, as I am also interested in the levels of care and the options available to those who require access to the NDIS. I love learning as much as I can from, and being supported by, the great team I have around me. My goal is to help families and the greater public streamline their queries and questions about our services to ensure the needs of our participants are met to the best of our abilities. I enjoy spending time with my partner, my family and seeing new places. I look forward to taking your call 📞

Danni Frecklington
Director of Finance & Administration
I have been with AmAble from the very beginning, helping Bec build the business over the home kitchen table.
My role now is looking after accounts, maintaining client and staff registers, file management and everything in between.
Outside work I am a writer, avid reader and enjoy seeing live music, movies and looking after my fur babies xenomorph and smudge.

Huw Provis
Facilities & Assets
My pre Covid role saw me as a Program and Project Manager in large scale corporate IT. No that doesn’t necessarily mean I know everything about computers and applications, but I consult and advise on how to integrate business requirements into deliverable IT solutions, and how to assemble the teams to design deploy and maintain these programs.
Post Covid I am enjoying doing all sorts of things around AmAble, spending time in and out of Bunnings and getting on the tools while we renovate and modify the centres or helping out wherever needed.
Outside work, I enjoy spending my time sailing and messing around in boats. With my recent move down to the Bellarine Peninsula I am re kindling my love of the water and have taken up surfing, albeit badly.
I really love being around the vibrant and diverse team that Bec is building here at AmAble and can’t wait to see her dreams come into fruition.
If I haven’t met you yet, I hope to say hi soon!
Cheers Huw

Bec Provis
CEO/Founder
Based on her own experience and circumstance, Bec started AmAble in 2019 with a passion for wanting to support others, especially those seeking assistance and support in the Autism and disability sector.
With a focus on personalised care and ensuring that client requirements and support workers are matched, AmAble has grown, and we now see a rapidly expanding team, ranging from support workers, business support staff, gardeners, chefs, and domestic helpers, all working with an ever-increasing number of wonderful clients.
AmAble is a true family business and you will often find a member of Bec’s family around the centre, this might also include the family pets who can often be seen around Belmont Street.
Bec is a mum to 5 beautiful children who keep her on her toes but are a constant source of inspiration.
When not working 16-hour days and coming up with ever new ideas for AmAble, Bec loves spending time with her family, cooking, art, listening to music, and exploring the Bellarine coastline. Bec has completed a Cert IV in disability and is currently completing her studies in psychology and counselling. Bec also facilitates training and seminars on Autism, ADHD, and working with challenging behaviours.
